STORE / SHOP COLLECTION
- Place your order with a store.
- Call our call centre.
- We give you a delivery address.
- We notify you once delivered.
- We prepare your item(s), shipping invoice.
- We notify you of payment.
- We ship your item to Ghana.
Once you have placed your order with a store/shop, you can arrange with our customer service booking team for us to send out our collection team to collect your item(s) on our next available appointment.
You can also make arrangements for the store/shop to deliver the item to our warehouse. NB. You will need to notify us about the delivery of the item(s) to our warehouse before it arrives.
In the instance where we will have to do the collection from a store/shop, our field collection team will meet you on-site (store/shop location) to collect from you or collect on your behalf once we have all your documentation in advance, to enable us do a successful collection.
We will then prepare your item(s) for shipment to Ghana and you will be updated at every stage of the process by our customer relation team as part of our service to you.
